Residential Home Cleaning
Packages Built For Real Life
This is your go to service if you want your home to feel under control on a regular basis, not just when company is coming.
We offer four levels of clean:
- Cleanish
The essentials reset. Floors, kitchen counters and stovetop, bathroom surfaces, mirrors, trash, main living areas, and interior microwave. - Clean
Everything in Cleanish plus deeper bathroom scrubbing, appliance exteriors, extended dusting to blinds, baseboards and window sills, vacuumed cushions, and high touch disinfection. - Cleanest
Everything in Cleanish plus a full deep dust pass, cabinet fronts, baseboard scrubs throughout, under and around furniture, grout and drain detailing, and an optional rotating deep focus area such as pantry or fridge interior. - Clean Freak
Everything in Cleanest plus all add ons included. Blinds cleaned, baseboards washed, inside fridge, interior windows and more based on your quote.
You can book any package as:
- A one time reset
- Weekly
- Biweekly
- Monthly
Home cleans start at $100. Final pricing depends on the size and state of your home and which package you choose. We keep it very clear in your quote.
We cannot fix your kids’ aim, but we can absolutely fix what happened around the toilet.

Move‑In / Move‑Out Cleaning
Start Fresh. Leave Clean.
Moving is already a circus. You do not need “deep clean entire place” on the to do list too.
Our Move In and Move Out clean focuses on making spaces look ready for keys to change hands:
- Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Inside fridge and oven
- Detailed bathroom cleaning
- Baseboards, doors, and trim wiped and washed where needed
- Closets and shelving wiped out
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Great for:

- Apartments start at $250
Add ons like blinds cleaning, extra window work, or other detail requests can be built into your quote. For very heavy move outs we will recommend the best package and plan once we see your details.

Airbnb & Short‑Term Rental Turnovers
Turnovers Without The Panic Texts
Guests come and go. Your sanity should stay put.
MotherMaids supports local hosts and small property managers with reliable turnovers coordinated through Turno.
A typical turnover includes:
- Standard cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas
- Bed stripping and remaking with clean linens on site
- Trash removal and basic dishes or surface reset
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Most of the scheduling, checklists, photos, and messaging run inside the Turno app, so you and your co hosts can see what is going on without chasing screenshots.
Good to know:
- No minimum number of stays per month
- Same day rush cleans offered when we can make it work, with a $50 rush fee
- COI available on request for property managers
We cannot stop guests from treating your place like an escape room, but we can erase the evidence before the next check‑in.
