You do need a turnover partner who shows up, follows the checklist, andprotects your reviews.
There is no minimum number of stays per month required to work with us.

What You Get With Every Turnover
Each property has its own quirks, but a typical turnover clean includes:
Whole‑HomeReset
- General tidy of bedrooms, living room, dining and common areas
- Floors vacuumed and mopped or vacuumed and spot cleaned on carpet
- High touch surfaces wiped (door handles, light switches, remotes, appliance handles)
- Quick checks for obvious damage or left behind items, noted in the app

Bathrooms
- Toilets, tubs, and showers scrubbed
- Sinks, faucets, and counters cleaned
- Mirrors polished
- Used towels gathered and replaced with clean ones provided on site
- amenities like soap or toiletries restocked if you supply them

Bedrooms
- Beds stripped and remade with clean linens on site
- Pillows, duvets, and blankets fluffed and arranged according to your listing style
- Nightstands and reachable surfaces wiped and dusted

Kitchen
- Counters, stovetop, and sink cleaned
- Exterior of major appliances wiped
- Dishes from the stay washed or loaded and run, depending on your instructions
- Trash removed and liners replaced
- Quick inside check of fridge and microwave, tidy and wipe as needed

Final Touches
- Trash and recycling taken to the designated bins
- Quick staging touches so the space feels pulled together, not just “technically clean”
- Photos captured in Turno according to your checklist, so you can see what guests will see

Pricing & Policies For Hosts
Every listing is different, so rates are quoted per property and based on:
- Size and layout
- How many beds and baths are in play
- How heavily the space is used
- Any specialty requests or add ons
Good to know:
- There is no minimum stay count per month required
- Same day rush cleans, when we can fit them, include a $50 rush fee
- Discounts are available for contracted, ongoing host work, especially for multi‑listing hosts or small property managers
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) is available on request for property managers and owners who need documentation
We will ask for the basics about your listing, your typical turnover window, and your expectations, then provide a clear per‑stay rate.

Host & Turnover FAQs
Most of our host work currently flows through Turno because it keeps scheduling, checklists, and photos in one place. If you are not on Turno yet but want to work with us, let us know and we can talk through options.
We handle on site linens only. That means we strip and remake beds with clean linens you provide in the unit or in a designated storage space. We do not currently offer off site laundry service.
Yes, if you supply them. We can restock basic consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and coffee according to your checklist using items you store on site.
Turno handles most scheduling based on your calendar. The more notice you can give, the better we can secure your preferred cleaner and time. Same day requests are sometimes possible but are not guaranteed and include a $50 rush fee when accepted.
Yes. We can provide a COI for owners and property managers who require proof of insurance.
We will document what we see with photos in Turno, do as much as we can within the time and scope you have approved, and communicate if additional time or a different level of service is needed. Severe damage or biohazard work may require specialized services.
