- Appliance exteriors wiped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher)

If you can pick up obvious clutter from floors and surfaces, that helps us spend more time actually cleaning. That said, real life happens. We would rather you leave the mess and let us work around it than cancel because you are stressed about picking up.
No. Many clients are at work, running errands, or finally doing something fun while we clean. As long as we have clear instructions on how to get in and lock up, you can do your thing.
You can absolutely tell us if you have a preferred cleaner. We will do our best to accommodate those requests when schedules and routes allow, and we keep notes so any cleaner can follow your preferences.
Life happens. Our policies:
- Cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled clean and there is a 50 percent charge.
- Cancel within 24 hours and the full cleaning cost is charged.
If you need to reschedule with more notice, we will shift you to a better time when we can.
Yes, we bring our own professional grade products and equipment.
If you prefer specific or green products, you are welcome to provide them and we can use them, but we cannot guarantee the same results with products that are gentler or unfamiliar.
