Move cleans are more detailed than a regular visit, sopricing is different from standard home cleaning.

  • Apartments and smaller condos: start at $250
  • Single family homes and townhomes: start at $400

Final pricing depends on:

  • Size of the space and number of bathrooms
  • How long it has been since the last real clean
  • Whether the home is empty or still has furniture
  • Pet messes or heavy buildup
  • Any extra add ons you request (for example lots of interior windows or very detailed blind work)

We will ask a few questions up front and give you a clear quote before you lock anything in.

Add‑On Services

Most of the “big” items are already part of a standard move clean, like inside fridge and oven, cabinet interiors, and baseboards.

Add ons start at $50 each and may be more for larger or heavily built up areas. We will list them clearly in your quote so nothing sneaks up on you.

Move Out

We focus on what landlords, property managers, and buyers look at first. That means inside appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards, and floors down to the details.

Move In

We clean with you in mind. We focus on making kitchens and bathrooms feel safe and fresh, wiping shelves and closets before you unpack, and making sure you are not setting dishes on mystery crumbs.

Residential Cleaning FAQs

We clean around and under light, easy to move items where itis safe to do so, but we do not handle heavy furniture moving or hauling. Large items should be moved out before we arrive if you want those areas cleaned.

Yes. We need running water and enough light to see what we are doing. If power or water are not on, we may not be able to complete the clean.

We gather household trash into bags and place it into your bin, but we do not provide large scale junk hauling. If there is significant debris or items that need disposal, tell us in advance so we can discuss options.

Our standard policies apply:

  • Cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled clean and there is a 50 percent charge.
  • Cancel within 24 hours and the full cleaning cost is charged.

If you need to shift the time or day with more notice, we will work with you to find another slot.

Yes. Many clients book a Move Out clean on the old place and a Cleanest or Clean Freak visit on the new place before they unpack. Mention both addresses in your quote form and we will build a plan that makes sense.
